HubSpot Theme Based
Web Page or Landing Page Template
This deliverable includes the creation of a bespoke page template built using your existing theme and/or pre-built modules. The template will support up to seven panels (sections) and is designed to provide a flexible, reusable foundation for future page creation.
A pre-configured child theme must be available in the portal. Theme configuration and global CSS updates can be supported as an additional service.
Navigation & Footer
Updates to global navigation and footer are not included in the base scope. Modifications (including structural changes) are available as an add-on. Hiding navigation links is supported where the selected theme allows it out-of-the-box.
Custom Development
Custom development is not included in the standard package but can be scoped and delivered separately based on requirements.
Content & Launch
Content creation, page population, and launch support are not included in this scope and can be added as additional services.
Revision Policy
The product includes up to 2 rounds of revision (structure and design). Additional revisions can be accommodated through a scope adjustment, which may impact cost and timeline.

What does your HubSpot landing page service include?
Our landing page service is end to end. We handle strategy, page structure, design, build inside HubSpot, form and CTA setup, QA, launch support, and one month of CRO-focused support after the page goes live.
Do you build the page directly inside HubSpot?
Yes. Everything is built natively inside HubSpot, so your team can manage the page, forms, CTAs, and reporting without relying on an outside platform.
Do you write the copy too?
We can work either way. If you already have copy, we can structure and optimize it for conversion. If you need help shaping the messaging, we can support that as part of the project scope.
What happens during the one month of CRO support?
After the page launches, we review how it is performing and make focused improvements based on what we see. That may include CTA refinements, form adjustments, content hierarchy changes, trust elements, or other conversion-focused updates.
Can you work with our existing HubSpot theme and modules?
Yes. In most cases, we work within your current HubSpot setup and make the most of the assets you already have. If something more custom is needed, we can advise on that too.
Will tracking and form setup be included?
Yes. We can set up the form, CTA flow, and core tracking needed so the page is ready to support campaigns and performance measurement.
Is this a fit if we need a full website redesign?
Usually not. This offer is best for teams that need one high-quality landing page built and launched well. If you need a full redesign or a much larger website project, we can discuss that separately.
What happens after the landing page project is complete?
Many clients start with one landing page and then continue with ongoing CRO, SEO, or website support once they see where the next opportunities are. That next step is optional and depends on your goals.
Is this a custom landing page or a template-based page?
It can be either, depending on your current HubSpot setup. We can build within your existing theme, customize templates, or create a more tailored landing page experience based on what your site needs
How long does it take to launch a landing page?
Most landing page projects can move much faster than a full website project. Exact timing depends on scope, approvals, and whether copy and brand assets are ready, but the goal is to get a strong page live without unnecessary delays.
Do you only design the page, or do you also help improve conversions?
We do both. The page is designed and built to convert from the start, and the one-month CRO support gives us room to improve things like CTA clarity, form friction, section order, and messaging after launch.
Do you also help with SEO or just landing pages?
This offer is focused on the landing page itself, but we also look at fundamentals that affect visibility and performance where relevant. If ongoing CRO, SEO, or website optimization support is needed after the project, that can be scoped separately
