HubSpot Integrations & Apps
A client in the drone industry needed to use HelloSign to manage contracts with their customers during the onboarding process. HubSpot CRM didn’t support this custom function.
We used middleware hosted on AWS Lambda, HubSpot API, and HelloSign API for the integration. This allowed the client to trigger custom workflows in HubSpot based on the HelloSign document status.
A healthcare startup using SendGrid for email marketing for advanced email analytics tracking and HubSpot CRM lacked the ability to send automatic emails to new clients added to the CRM.
We used HubSpot Timeline API, a HubSpot app, and SendGrid API to complete this custom integration. The integration enabled them to send out emails using SendGrid as soon as new clients were added to HubSpot CRM.
A Silicon Valley–based AI company needed to track PDF-format job applications received via Gmail.
We used Google Cloud Platform Pub/Sub, a middleware, and HubSpot API to build this automation that parsed PDF job applications and added them to HubSpot CRM contact as custom properties.
Our client had to manually update their CRM every time they received a phone call from a client/prospect. They needed to connect their corporate phone number to the CRM.
We used Twilio webhooks, a middleware, and HubSpot API. Now, every time a phone call is received, a new contact record is created, or an existing contact record is updated directly in the CRM.
The client wanted the ability to accept payment directly from their HubSpot CMS website but couldn’t because of the strict design guidelines.
We use Stripe JS SDK to allow the client to accept payments directly on their website.
The client needed to send Squarespace form submission data to HubSpot CRM.
We developed an integration between the two systems using the HubSpot forms API and AJAX. Every time a contact submits a form in Squarespace, they are added as a contact to the CRM.
We needed to integrate a Shopify store so that every time a new order is received, it is added in HubSpot CRM as well.
We used Shopify webhooks with an ecommerce bridge to complete the integration.
The client needed to send WordPress form submission data to HubSpot CRM.
We developed several WordPress plugins for the integration of WordPress forms with HubSpot forms.

"We needed help with extending the default HubSpot CRM functions. We used HubBase to set up both our email marketing and transactional email systems in HubSpot. HubBase team went above and beyond to make sure the implementation worked well, even after the end of the project. I highly recommend this team to any startup!

“We really enjoyed working with HubBase. They were thorough and thoughtful and helped us rebuild flawed code and design to exponentially increase our page loading time, as well as get us back in Google's good graces. They take a holistic and methodical approach to SEO and understand the role that time and quality of content play to build a strong, consistent brand. They responded to issues quickly and efficiently and clearly communicated their work, process, and projects.”
“Having worked with a couple of HubSpot developers, HubBase is by far the best company I've had the privilege to collaborate with. Our project was delivered on schedule, met budget, and most important: the email creation system that they provided to my team WORKS. I will be sure to leverage HubBase on any future HubSpot projects in the future.”
“The Hubbase team is absolutely wonderful! They got our vision without much back and forth and are extremely responsive in helping in any way they can! I can’t wait to continue to work with them :)”
“Working with HubBase has been perfect. They're very communicative and receptive to feedback. They also make sure to understand the project well by asking all the necessary questions. As well as provided better solutions if mine wasn't quite user-friendly.”
Project: Creating Templates (design and coding) for our blog
“HubBase is an incredible team. I have used them a few times and they are beyond professional and prompt with their responses and work. I plan on hiring them over and over again. They took our website to another level, and brought new life to it.”
Project: New edits to Website
“The HubBase team did an excellent job handling a complex issue with our HubSpot/CMS integration. They helped provide a solution that made sense for the business and ensured a quality end result. I would absolutely use again!”
Dillon Jones, LLC
“We have built a strong working relationship with HubBase. We have worked with them on the development of e-commerce sites utilizing Shopify and HubSpot. They also build custom APIs to build bridges between Shopify, HubSpot, and the client ERP systems. Umair, Val, Mohammad, and their team are extremely organized using multiple project management and communication tools (Slack, Trello, GitHub) and document everything in an SRS document (software requirements specification), creating a single source of truth. In addition, they have a detailed feasibility session and mapping process for developing, coding, and creating custom APIs. They excel in communicating directly with clients and third-party software providers. They have been a great resource to build out e-commerce, lead generation tools, and APIs with amazing results. I would strongly recommend them for HubSpot development, including website lead generation, Shopify e-commerce, and API integrations.”
”Wow, we are so incredibly grateful to have found HubBase to do our website design and development!! We admittedly were very nervous to abandon our old website and do a total redesign and rebuild of our entire website design and UI/UX. After speaking with the HubBase team we were confident they could handle this monumental task. Our expectations were blown out of the water with the quality of the work! At the start of the project, we never imagined how amazing the website would be. Our customers love it! And it works amazingly on the HubSpot CMS and with our CRM/Marketing pieces.”

What are API Integrations? Understanding the Essentials for Business Efficiency
API integrations act as bridges or translators, allowing different software applications to communicate and work together. Here's a breakdown (with examples) of what API integrations are and what they mean for businesses:
API stands for Application Programming Interface. It acts as a bridge, enabling different applications to interact and exchange data, despite using different 'languages'.
- Web APIs: Facilitate communication over the internet, like Instagram's API, allowing your phone to interact with Instagram's servers.
- Operating System APIs: Set guidelines for software interactions within an operating system, like how Minecraft responds to keyboard commands.
- Database APIs: Manage interactions between applications and database systems, like Goodreads, using an API to search for books.
- Hardware APIs: Enable software to interface with hardware devices, such as printing a document from your computer to a printer.
- Ease of Use: Simplifies the control and management of complex software interactions.
- Efficiency: Streamlines processes, reduces errors, and increases operational efficiency.
- Automation: Automates repetitive tasks, enhancing productivity.
- Data Sharing: Facilitates seamless data exchange between systems, ensuring consistency.
- Innovation: Encourages innovation by allowing the integration of advanced technologies.
- Identify the systems that need integration and the desired data flow.
- Choose APIs that meet your requirements and ensure they have robust support.
- Consider using an integration platform for a more resilient solution.
- Conduct rigorous testing to ensure the integration performs as expected.
- Patterns like Point-to-Point, Hub and Spoke, Bus Architecture, and others dictate how different applications communicate, each serving specific integration needs.
